Ainsley Gayle, MSGroup Facilitator Mr. Gayle received his Bachelor’s degree in Ministry, a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and Family and Marriage from Palm Beach Atlantic University. He has also been a licensed minister since 1996. Currently, Ainsley is working towards receiving certification in Mental Health Counseling and Family-Marriage Licensure. Mr. Gayle works with clients that struggle with mental illness, substance abuse, behavioral disorders, family matters and anger issues. As a Licensed Family Enriched Facilitator, Ainsley brings along with him 12-years of experience in the field of pre-marital counseling. Mr. Gayle has experience working with both traditional and Christian family counseling and specializes in anger management therapy. For more than a decade, he has served as the Vice-President and counselor of the International Young People’s Fellowship Retreat in South Carolina. Ainsley’s passions lie in helping people reach their full potential by helping them to unlock unrealized dreams, inner potentials and possibilities, which will foster change and positively impact their lives. |

Jordan LautieriOffice Manager
With her warm and engaging smile, Jordan is the very first person someone will see when they get to Transformations. She has a personable manner, compassionate nature and has a special way of putting people naturally at ease in her presence. Jordan handles all of our clerical and management duties at Transformations and has personal experience with close family members who have suffered from addiction problems, which enables her to relate to clients. Many Transformation clients enjoy speaking to her periodically throughout the day and will seek her out to engage in conversation. Jordan is currently pursuing a degree in the field of Nursing at South University and hopes to continue improving her skills and furthering her education. |

He ensures that every client has a smooth transition into a life of hope and change, and he feels privileged to be a part of a team that provides a way for people to get the help that they need. |

Sarah HindesClinical Coordinator and Alumni Coordinator
Sarah is responsible for interviewing and screening new clients before the transition into treatment. This way, our treatment team has a better idea of the person’s personal background and addiction history. Additionally, Ms. Hindes runs the Alumni program and makes sure recovery clients have access to Alcoholic Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous meetings and that they are making a smooth acclimation into everyday life. She speaks with recovery clients on a monthly basis, to ensure the person remains strong in their commitment to a clean and sober life and is able to maintain ongoing sobriety. Sarah herself is in recovery and is passionate about her job because of the link she shares with the people she helps on a daily basis. She loves listening to music, spending time with friends, being outdoors and playing with her dogs. |

Karen M. Gauci, M.P.H., R.D., L.D. Nutritionist Karen is a registered and licensed Dietician and Nutritionist with a Master’s Degree in Public Health. She is currently in private practice in Boca Raton, Florida and is the owner and president of 2001 Nutrition Services. Karen’s company operates under the philosophy of providing education, teaching and counseling on matters related to nutrition. She has specialized for more than twenty years in areas related to the following: substance abuse, psychiatric disorders, weight management, chronic disease risk reduction, health promotion, wellness, sports nutrition, eating disorders and has done local and international presentations. |

Sergio WitisBehavioral Health Technician Sergio is a dedicated and devoted employee that delights in watching people grow, come out of their shell and start feeling whole and reaching the goal of recovery. He loves art, prayer and meditation, listening to music playing instruments. Sergio openly shares his experience of strength, faith and hope with others. Sergio is the owner of an independent music label, and in a touring band, and he owes all of that to living a sober, clean life, and doing the next right thing. Dr. Richard B. Seely has been working in the field of psychiatry since 1980 and received his education at Thomas Jefferson University, Thomas Jefferson Medical College and Princeton University. He is Board-Certified in the field of Psychiatry with additional qualifications in Addiction Psychiatry. Dr. Seely is also ASAM (American Society of Addiction Medicine) certified in Addiction Medicine, Board-Certified in Forensic Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. He also serves in a consultant to the Professional Resource Network, the Intervention Project for Nurses, the Florida Bar, and the Florida Lawyers Assistance, Inc., and the Federal Aviation Agency.
Dr. Charles Tracy Sands is a Florida native, born in Fort Lauderdale and a graduate of Pompano Beach High School, where he received athletic honors in track and cross country. He completed his Doctorate in Chiropractic degree from Texas Chiropractic College in 1984. Immediately thereafter, he joined his father’s practice in Pompano Beach, Florida, which had been in existence since 1954. Dr. Sands has maintained a highly successful chiropractic, clinical nutrition and holistic practice for many years. His focus is on holistic addiction therapy, nutritional counseling, sports injuries of the spine and extremities, chronic pain conditions affecting the neck and back and chronic health conditions. Dr Sands is well versed in the holistic management of drug and alcohol addiction and has formulated several nutritional products designed specifically for individuals in recovery. 
Ms. Wenck has worked in the field of Addictions and Mental Health for more than 20-years and has earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Psychology from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. She has experience in all levels of the Continuum of Care and began her career as a staff counselor in a psychiatric facility, where she designed her first substance abuse program. Ms. Wenck has worked for an Employee’s Assistance Program and educated local business owners about substance abuse. She was the director of a 40 bed detox and has experience working with all client populations. Her former titles include Outpatient Counselor, Outpatient Supervisor, Senior Inpatient Counselor, Clinical Director and Chief Executive Officer. She has assisted with the design and implementation of programs for eating disorders, sexual and gambling addictions as well a alcohol and drugs.
During the discharge planning process, the client is assessed by their Therapist and the Program Coordinator to decide what is best for them after treatment. Once a discharge plan is chosen, the Program Coordinator finds the client Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous and Celebrate Recovery meetings in the area they will be living, a list of addiction therapists and/or Psychiatrists that accept the client's insurance, and a list of Intensive Outpatient Programs if the client chooses to do so. If choosing a halfway house, Transformations has an approved list of sober living referrals, and each location is personally inspected to make sure it is the best environment possible for continued recovery.
Adam has earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling. He has experience working with hospitalized psychiatric illnesses, dual diagnosis cases, diverse relationship and family issues and Christian faith-based counseling. Adam is currently working toward Mental Health Counseling Licensor and Certified Addictions Professional Certification. Adam works collaboratively with each client, adapting the treatment plan as progress occurs. He has found that by discovering the root issues of each presenting problem leads to great success that can continue long after therapy is over. Adam is married and resides in West Palm Beach.
As an experienced and accomplished counselor, Ms. Ingram is highly respected by colleagues and clients alike. She has more than twenty years of experience in working with chemical dependency/addictions and mental health counseling. Shirley has worked in many levels of addiction counseling including; detoxification, residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient/outpatient, and drug court with diverse populations.
Ms. Schmehling obtained a Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling, in 2009, from Nova Southeastern University. She has obtained experience in dual diagnosis treatment centers, with a focus on addictions, psychiatric disorders and family therapy. She has received training in sexual addictions and career counseling. Libby received her undergraduate degree from Ohio State University. Libby is currently working towards her Mental Health Counselor Licensure, along with Certification in Addictions Professional (CAP).
Ms. Rogers obtained a Master's Degree in psychology, specializing in Mental Health and Marriage and Family Therapy from Palm Beach Atlantic University. Michelle also has a Bachelor's degree from Oral Roberts University in counseling and began her career working as a hospice counselor. Since that time, Michelle has gained experience in marriage and family therapy, dual diagnosis, mental health disorders and addiction issues. Additionally, Ms. Rogers is pursuing a doctorate degree in clinical psychology, as well as working to become a Certified Addictions Professional (CAP).
Mr. Hopkins attended Palm Beach Atlantic University where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Ministry and Psychology, and a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology. He has 8-years of experience working in the field of substance abuse treatment and Christian 12-step recovery programs. Additionally, David has experience in family counseling and is skilled at working with clients that experience co-occurring disorders of substance abuse with mental illness. He is currently working towards his Mental Health Counselor Licensure and becoming a Certified Addictions Professional (CAP).
Mike personally knows that each day is a precious gift because he has been provided with the chance to share his own stories and experiences of recovery with others in the same situation. He loves to help and nurture people suffering from addiction and assists them in recovery and watches them grow from hopeless into the strong, capable person they are inside. He feels fortunate and blessed to have been given a second chance himself and through his career he is able to interact with some of the most caring and compassionate professionals in the world of addiction recovery. Mike is currently furthering his education and can hardly wait to see what the future has in store for him and his zest and passion for life are evident when you meet him.
Ms. Ahlman has always had a strong affinity for the recovery community and employs a unique work style with clients, in both an individual and group setting. She brings with her, more than thirty years of personal recovery and thirty years of experience in the field of Substance Abuse. Gloria completed the Advanced Relapse Prevention School with Terrence Gorski, in November of 2006. She received an award for Dedicated and Loyal Employee of Intervention Programs, in 2005. For the past 12-years, Gloria has been the Supervisor of Drug Intervention Substance Abuse Program at Palm Beach County Stockade, and is the Associated Court Liaison for the Civil Drug Court for 15-years.

Jessica obtained her MPH degree from Florida International University, Specializing in Public Health (Policy and Management). She assists Admissions and the Clinical Team in everyday tasks, deals with account receivables, and helps make day to day decisions at Transformations Treatment Center. Jessica can help address any concerns or questions that family members may have while their loved ones are in treatment. She plans on furthering her education by obtaining her PHD in the near future.
Molly has a Bachelor's degree in International Business, with a Minor in French Language and Culture, from Florida Atlantic University. As Benefits Administrator Molly works with Clients' Private Insurance companies to manage and extend coverage dates during their stay at Transformations. She assists clients in filing for Short Term Disability Claims and Family and Medical Leave Act Claims. Molly has a real passion for sports and leadership, and for the past four years she has been the Varsity Swim Coach for Pope John Paul II High School, she enjoys mentoring young adults and being a positive role model.


Matt has a Bachelor's degree in Biblical Studies and Minor in Psychology from Taylor University in Indiana. He is thrilled to join the team at Transformations with the opportunity to serve people in the recovery community. With personal experience of family members who have battled addiction, Matt's desire to help other struggling individuals and families is clear when you speak with him on the phone. Matt feels blessed to help people get treatment so they may achieve sustained sobriety and live a transformed life.

Ms. Hindes has a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts degree from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In 2008, she moved from New York City to Florida. Sarah has three years of experience in the addiction and recovery field. 
Ms. Offutt is a native of South Florida and has worked in different fields in the past twenty years and she feels truly blessed and fortunate to have found her calling here with Transformations Treatment Center. She feels privileged to watch people transition from the lowest point in their life and watch them become stronger, healthier, and transformed into a whole new being. 
Adi has many years of experience in Customer Service and Public Relations. Adi's personal care and approach creates a very pleasant experience for the client or loved one when inquiring about treatment. She has tremendous passion for helping others and spreading the message of recovery. Adi unifies her passion with faith, which makes her a wonderful asset to the team here at Transformations Treatment Center.

Mr. Spillias earned 2 Bachelor's Degrees in Psychology and Interpersonal Communications from The University of Central Florida. Geoff came to work for Transformations in 2009, with extensive business experience from his previous endeavors. His main motivation for joining Transformations is to help the seemingly hopeless recover from drug and alcohol addiction. He believes his professional and personal experience can help people transition into becoming productive members of society again. Geoff enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters as well as watching sports. Geoff has a passion for this field and to spreading the message of recovery..jpg)
Kevin joined the Transformations Treatment Center in 2009; he previously worked as an executive chef, specializing in the opening of new restaurants.
Kevin hopes to receive his Certified Addictions Professional (CAP) certification and become a therapist in the future. He truly enjoys working with the recovery community and helping others in need, which is what, makes him such a valuable member of our family.
