Florida Rehab

Finding the right Florida substance abuse rehab center can be difficult. There are so many choices! The truth is that before you can really narrow down your choices for a Florida rehab, you should take some time to decide what type of addiction treatment center is right for you. Deciding which addiction treatment center is right for you can be a long process. In addition to deciding which type of addiction recovery facility you can afford (which might depend on your insurance) you will also need to take some time to figure out what kind of Florida rehab program is right for you (which can be stressful).

While there are quite a few excellent Florida rehab programs available, we truly feel that Transformations Treatment Center is the best in the state! We have two programs that people can choose from: a traditional substance abuse recovery program or the Christian substance abuse program to help people who want to learn how to take comfort in a higher power and live a Christ filled life. No matter which program you choose, you will take part in life skills training, health and fitness training, individual drug and alcohol counseling sessions and group drug and alcohol counseling sessions.

Our group counseling sessions are inclusive of everything from educating group members about the physical nature of drug addiction to helping them learn how to share their thoughts and feelings in a supportive social setting. Group drug and alcohol counseling topics cover all of the following:

  • Coping Skills
  • Grief and Loss
  • Family Conflict
  • Communication
  • Processing Feelings
  • Relapse Prevention
  • Drug Free Pain Management
  • Life Skills (finding a job, setting goals, managing time and finances, interviewing skills)
  • Self Esteem
  • Dual Disorders
  • Anger Management
  • HIV Education
  • Nutrition

We offer our recovering addicts and alcoholics the best of all types of drug and alcohol rehabilitation. In addition to supportive housing that includes private rooms and transportation, Transformations Treatment Center also offers its clients:

A Three Phase Program that is designed to cater to every phase of addiction recovery. Depending upon the number of phases that a person chooses to participate in, the program can last anywhere from thirty to ninety days. While there are Florida rehab programs that are longer, we have found that this three tiered system is the best method for helping people overcome their addictions and re-assimilate themselves into the "regular" world.

The First Phase of our Florida rehab program is meant for people who are still working to overcome their alcohol or drug abuse. Normally phase I is for the addict or alcoholic who has been unable to stop using. Phase I is also for the client who may have already been through the detoxification process. During this phase of recovery the client will receive:

Phase 1 (for anyone struggling with abstinence or just out of detox)

  • 30-day program which includes detox as needed
  • Group Sessions (15 to 20 per week)
  • 8-Individual Sessions (2 per week)
  • Life Skills Coaching Sessions (5 per week)
  • Weekly Food Allowance/Provision
  • Health & Fitness Club Membership or recreational activity
  • Community Activities Allowance (bowling, movies, amusement parks, etc)
  • Comfortable all inclusive Housing Accommodations for 30-days
  • (Cable TV, Telephones, High Speed Internet & Computers)
  • Convenient Transportation to and from all services

The Second Phase of our Florida rehab program is designed for graduates of the first phase of treatment offered by Transformations Treatment Center or who have been discharged from another inpatient substance abuse program. The clients who enroll in this phase of our substance abuse rehabilitation, usually are more in need of life skills coaching than they are of detox and overcoming a physical addiction. When you enroll in the second phase of our substance abuse rehab program, you will receive the following:

Phase 2 (for those discharging from an Inpatient facility and/or those in need of Life Skills Coaching and Relapse Prevention Skills)

  • 30-day program
  • Group Sessions (10 to 16 per week)
  • 4-Individual Sessions (1 per week)
  • 16- Life Skills Coaching Sessions (4 per week)
  • Weekly Food Allowance/Provision
  • Health & Fitness Club Membership/Personal Training
  • Community Activities Allowance (bowling, movies, amusement parks, etc)
  • Comfortable all inclusive Housing Accommodations for 30-days
  • (Cable TV, Telephones, High Speed Internet & Computers)
  • Convenient Transportation to and from all services

The Third Phase of our Florida rehab program is designed for people who are looking for or have found at least part time employment or are enrolling in school somewhere. Normally these are clients who have graduated from the first two phases of substance abuse treatment here at Transformations Treatment Center. When applying for this phase of our Florida rehab program, one of our qualified staff members will meet with you to help you find a job or a school that will work best for you. You must have been clean and sober for at least sixty days to be accepted into this phase of the program (which is why it is a natural transition for graduates of the first two phases of our substance abuse treatment program).

Here is what you can expect when you are accepted into the third phase of our Florida drug rehab program:

Phase 3 (for those working and/or in school – min 60 days clean)

  • 30-day program
  • Group Therapy Sessions (3 to 9 per week
  • 4-Individual Sessions (1 per week)
  • Weekly Food Allowance/Provision
  • Health & Fitness Club Membership/Personal Training
  • Comfortable all inclusive Housing Accommodations for 30-days
  • (Cable TV, Telephones, High Speed Internet & Computers)
  • Convenient Transportation to and from all services
  • The third phase of our Florida drug rehab program is designed to work around the work and school schedules of those enrolled in the program. This is why the program is a lot less strict than the other phases of our drug treatment program

Accommodations & Housing & Facilities

  • Private Accommodations with Monitoring
  • Private Bed Room with Queen Size Bed
  • Computers with High Speed Internet
  • Unlimited Local & Long Distance Phone Services
  • DVD/VCR Televisions w/ Premium Channels in Bedrooms
  • Full Size Kitchens

We have found that our three phased system offers our clients their best chances of recovering from drug addiction and alcoholism. We help to overcome your physical addiction while also helping you to develop the skills you will need to deal with the "outside" world and all of the temptations stressors and triggers for relapse that you will encounter once you have completed and left the safety of the Treatment Program here at Transformations. So many other Florida rehab facilities center only on the physical addiction to drugs or alcohol and do not adequately prepare their patients to deal with life after rehab.
