Sometimes drug addicts do, in the end, come to terms with the fact that they have a problem. yes they do!! I did and i am still sober.

Family therapy can be tough. My Mother and I struggled to see eye to eye the entire time I was in treatment. She did not support my sober life for years after I got sober. This is something that family therapy helped us figure out together.

Leaving your friends and family can be hard, but it is the right thing to do when you go to treatment. Leaving your area ups your chances of success greatly.
